Downloads that need your sign-in
Use relevant browser-session information without handing over your password.
When session support helps
Some downloads are available only after you sign in to the original website. With browser-session support enabled, the extension can include relevant cookies for the selected request. It does not ask you to enter your website password in FID.
Enable or disable it
Open Settings → Browser integration and choose whether to use the browser session. Capture and video buttons have their own switches. Disable session support if you do not want it used for future browser handoffs.
What is sent
Cookie selection respects the relevant host, path, HTTPS requirements and expiry. Saved session information is protected locally using Windows data protection. Video tools may need a temporary cookie file during a transfer.
What it cannot solve
Some sites require browser-only authorization, one-time form data, additional challenges, or protected playback. Session support cannot guarantee access and does not bypass DRM, paywalls, regional restrictions, or account permissions.
Protect private links
Do not share download URLs containing tokens, exported cookies, or local queue data in a public support report. Refresh an expired link from the original signed-in page instead.
