Organize the download queue
Choose the order and control how much runs at once.
Set the order
Right-click a download to move it up, down, to the top, or to the bottom of the queue. You can also use Ctrl + Up and Ctrl + Down. The Queue column shows the current position of unfinished work.
Start queue and Stop queue
Start queue allows eligible confirmed downloads to run in queue order, respecting start delays and the simultaneous limit. Paused or failed entries may be returned to the queue for another attempt. An entry still awaiting confirmation cannot start automatically.
Stop queue prevents new entries from starting. Downloads already transferring continue. Use Pause all if you also want active transfers to stop.
Choose simultaneous downloads
In Settings → Connection, set the maximum active downloads from 1 to 16. This is the number of downloads that can run together, not the number of connections within a single file. A lower value leaves more bandwidth for each file or other apps.
Keep the list useful
Clear finished removes completed entries from history while keeping their files. Use the sidebar filters to focus on work in progress or paused/error entries. Removing an unfinished entry also removes its saved HTTP chunks.
Confirmations and delays
A paused or unconfirmed entry is not stuck simply because another file is running. Confirm it when needed, check any delay, and make sure the queue is enabled. See download later and start delays.
